Dr. Kun Feng is a Research Software Engineer at the Gnosis Research Center. A PhD graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology (2020), he is a key developer for the Hermes storage system and IOWarp infrastructure. His expertise spans data-intensive applications, memory systems, and HPC software engineering. Kun first joined IIT as a PhD student in 2012, earned his PhD in 2020, and became a Research Software Engineer in June 2021.
